Depending on the context, 'Ibis' may also refer to the services, products, website, content, or other materials (collectively, the 'Materials') provided by Ibis. Ibis (hereinafter, 'Ibis', 'we', 'us', or 'our') is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (together with our Terms and Conditions) is framed under Law No. 25,326 of the Argentine Republic and governs our collection, processing, and use of your personal information. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, or given to any other company for any reason, without your consent, except for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer; To send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates related to your request or order, in addition to occasionally receiving company news, updates, promotions, related product or service information, etc.; To administer a contest, promotion, survey, or other site features.
We will process your personal information only for the purpose(s) legally permitted to us.

IP Addresses

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system, and browser type, for system administration. These are statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns and do not identify any individual.

Security

We have implemented security measures to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information and to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.

Secure Cloud Storage

Data security is a priority at all times. We securely store your data in our cloud infrastructure, using a Level 1 provider, MongoDB Atlas, as our primary data store. MongoDB Inc. is a member of the EU-US Privacy Shield program, ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in handling and protecting your personal data.

Security in Transit

All data communication in transit to and from our servers is protected using HTTPS/TLS, ensuring that data transmission is secure and confidential. Additionally, all Ibis domains have HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) enabled, providing an extra layer of protection by ensuring that connections to our websites are made only via HTTPS. All sensitive/credit information supplied is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and encrypted in our database to be accessed only by authorized individuals with special access rights to our systems, who are required to keep the information confidential.

GDPR Compliance

We ensure that all processes related to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data comply with GDPR provisions. This includes implementing appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Data Transfer and Security

MongoDB Inc., as our data storage provider, complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield program, which provides a framework to regulate the transfer of personal data from the European Union to the United States, ensuring that your data receives the same level of protection required within the EU. Only authorized Ibis personnel will have access to your personal information, and such personnel are required to treat the information confidentially. The established security measures will be periodically reviewed in accordance with legal and technical developments.

Retention of Personal Information

We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary, considering the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and our own legal and regulatory obligations. In accordance with our record-keeping obligations, we will retain accounts and personal information for at least five years after they are
